Introducing Our New Membership Officer Jan Thomas

We're excited to welcome our new Membership Officer Jan Thomas to our staff team! 

After almost nine years in the professional indemnity insurance profession as Relationship & Development Specialist WA/SA/NT for Medical Indemnity Protection Society (MIPS), Jan brings a wealth of experience and skills to this role and will undoubtedly serve you - our members, prospective members and clients - and association well. 

Jan's greatest qualities are her warmth and ability to listen, with her desire to understand the journey of our members and potential members always at the forefront in order to offer the most relevant guidance, information and resources.

She is here to: 

1. Deliver member support and engagement
2. Oversee our LMS (learning management system) and associated communities
3. Provide operational and administrative support

Having joined our team of mostly familiar faces, Jan is looking forward to supporting our member community and meeting you all at our Congress this October in Hobart.
