Aneta Zielinski

Aneta Zielinski is the Policy Officer at the Oral Health Association of Australia with over 26 years’ experience across clinical practice, governance, and workforce development. She has held senior leadership roles within professional organizations and contributes to national policy, advocacy, and advisory initiatives shaping the oral health workforce. With extensive experience engaging with regulatory frameworks, professional standards, and sector governance, Aneta provides informed insights into scope of practice, competency, and the application of key guidelines from the Australian Dental Council, Dental Board of Australia, and AHPRA. She maintains a clinical role in practice, bringing practical context to her policy work.
